What amenities are included with my stay?
Every stay includes complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, and a mini-fridge. All rooms offer either a kitchen or kitchenette, plus access to inviting outdoor patio spaces. Onsite parking is also included for your ease.
Is parking available at the property?
Yes! If you book the entire villa, you’ll have exclusive access to the full driveway and two garage spaces. For individual room bookings, there is one guaranteed parking spot per room, with free street parking available nearby (just be sure to check the posted signs).
How close is the beach access?
The beach is just about half a mile down the street — close enough for an easy walk to catch sunrise or sunset.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations canceled more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival — or no-shows — will be charged for the entire reserved stay. For whole villa bookings, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
Is North Beach Villa suitable for families?
Absolutely. We welcome everyone — it’s a perfect spot for family getaways and spending quality time together.

While our villa is set up for self-check-in and a relaxed, independent stay, we’re always here if you need help. For any urgent needs, please call us at (949) 424-2405.
Are pets allowed at the property?
We kindly ask that you leave pets at home, as we have a strict no-pet policy. This includes emotional support animals. Guests who bring pets without approval may be charged a $200 fee and asked to leave. Of course, service animals are always welcome.

Yes, we provide complimentary dedicated parking spaces for all guests. No need to worry about street parking or additional fees.

North Beach Villa is located just steps from the beach. You can walk directly from the property to the sand in under 2 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-night charge.
Can you arrange local activities or dining?
While we don't directly book activities, we're happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, water sports rentals, and attractions. We have extensive local knowledge to share!
