General Policies for The North Beach Villa

Our coastal boutique hotel in Southern California is available for hosting special events, as well as offering accommodations for beach vacations, weekend getaways, and honeymoons. Regardless of the reason for your visit, be sure to review the following policies when planning your stay at North Beach Villa.

Reservations:

For reservations made directly on our website or via phone, a first-night deposit plus lodging tax is required to secure your reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided. If booking your reservation less than 14 days before your arrival, the entire reservation amount will be charged to your credit card.

The remainder of your balance is due, and will be charged, on the day of your arrival with the credit card on file. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. An automatic confirmation will be sent by our reservation system to the email you provide.

Friday & Saturday night stays require a 2-night minimum. Holiday or special event weekends may include additional night requirements.

Reservations canceled, or stays reduced, greater than 14 days prior to originally confirmed arrival date will receive a refund of any deposit.

Reservations canceled, or stays reduced, 14 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date will be responsible for the entire reserved stay. This is also true for no-shows.

Additional cancellation charges may apply for cancellation of confirmed events such as elopements, special events, and honeymoon packages.

Only two or four guests per room based on room-type. All children and infants are welcome but must be accompanied by a family member and count as a guest in the room. All guest names must be listed on the reservation for your safety in the event of an emergency.

You must be at least 21 years old to check-in.

NO PETS ALLOWED. We ask you to kindly leave your pets at home as they are NOT welcome at North Beach Villa. This policy includes Emotional Support Animals. Anyone caught sneaking in pets overnight will be charged a $200 fee and will be asked to leave. This does not apply to Service Animals as they are always welcome.

To provide you with a contactless stay you agree to receive text messages through our mobile concierge services, prior, during, and after your stay. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

Hotel Buyout Bookings:

Depending on the date and availability, The North Beach Villa may be booked in its entirety for a private event. Our villa has 3 guest rooms with total capacity for 8 persons. There are additional space use fees should the property be used for activities or events. Payment must be made from one source for the entire booking with 50% of the total charges due at time of booking and the remainder due 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations of whole villa bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellation notification terms are applicable. Call, email, or text The North Beach Villa to discuss the possibility of booking the entire villa for your event.

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-ins are scheduled starting at 3pm.

We will text message or call you the day of your arrival to confirm your arrival time and will provide you with the self check-in information. An early check-in must be arranged in advance to assure there is ample time to prepare your room from guests departing earlier that day. There may be a fee for early check-in.

Check-out is any time before 11am.

A late check-out must be arranged in advance to assure there is ample time to prepare the room for guests arriving later that day. There may be a fee for late check-out.

Other Policies: 

Your room rate includes use of the indoor and outdoor common areas, free high-speed Internet access, on-site parking, beverages, and snacks. Visit our website for all included in-room and house amenities.

North Beach Villa is a NON-SMOKING & NON-VAPING property. For the health and safety of our guests, smoking and vaping of any substance is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and a minimum $250 cleaning fee is imposed for smoking and vaping inside or on premises. Additionally, we do not have designated outdoor smoking or vaping areas; we ask you to please leave the premises. Your complete cooperation is expected.

Any violation of these policies will result in the need to find other accommodations immediately. Refunds will not be considered.
