Welcome to North Beach Villa! We are a small Boutique Hotel located in the quaint “Village by the Sea” beach town of San Clemente, California. North Beach Villa sits atop a hill with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and rolling hills of San Clemente and the greater South Orange County region. Our idyllic location makes for a quick walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.
We offer three individual private access rooms which are creatively designed with modern, upscale luxurious furnishings, making for a serene and comfortable stay. You will enjoy a private balcony or patio with ocean views and access to the lobby bar and attached covered courtyard. With an emphasis on comfort and unique experiences, we also offer free light breakfasts. We are the ideal place to stay for those who want to relax and recharge in a truly beautiful and unique lodging.
North Beach Villa is also the perfect choice for those looking for a honeymoon location or accommodation for wedding parties and their families. Our guests can rent all three rooms with private access to the whole hotel for parties or gatherings. With many wedding venues nearby, we are the perfect spot to stay and host wedding preparations and activities.
Our dream for this one-of-kind boutique hotel arose out of our love for traveling, staying in hotels, and just hanging out, often with a glass of wine in hand. We have lived and raised our children in San Clemente for 20 years and sold our home in 2018 to create our reimagined experience of a “bed and breakfast”. We purchased a vacant lot in North Beach in October of 2018 and spent four years designing, developing, and building our beautiful boutique hotel so we can welcome guests from all over and provide them with a stay they will always remember.
